When you join the early access list, we collect your email address. This is the only personal information we ask for.
We also automatically collect standard analytics data when you visit — including pages viewed, time on site, browser type, and referring URL.
Your email is used to notify you when orisaa launches and to send product updates. We do not sell your email or share it with third-party marketing lists.
We use analytics data to understand how people discover and engage with orisaa so we can improve the site and our marketing.
PostHog — we use PostHog for product analytics. When you submit your email, it is sent to PostHog as a unique identifier so we can link your session to your signup. You can read their privacy policy at posthog.com/privacy.
Google Ads — we use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. If you arrive via a Google Ad, a click identifier (gclid) is stored in your browser for up to 90 days and used to attribute your signup to that ad. Your email and gclid may be combined for attribution purposes. You can opt out of Google's ad tracking at adssettings.google.com.
Netlify — our site is hosted on Netlify and form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms. Netlify may store your submitted data on their servers. You can read their privacy policy at netlify.com/privacy.
We use browser local storage to retain your Google click identifier (gclid) across sessions for advertising attribution. PostHog sets a cookie to maintain session continuity for analytics. No other cookies are set by orisaa directly.
Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe, and for up to 12 months thereafter. Google click identifiers (gclid) are retained for 90 days. Analytics session data is retained for 12 months per PostHog's default retention policy.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us at the address below. You can also unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any email we send.
